Double blind reviewed paper presented at the Research forum of The Family Business Network, 12th Annual World Conference Rome October 2001. Conference features leading academic research on family firms from Europe and the USA. Paper was one of 27 papers selected out of 120 research submissions for publication in the monograph “The Role of Family in Family Business: Research Forum Proceedings, Guido Corbetta and Daniela Montemerlo, Editors, Bocconi Uiversity School of Management.

Proceedings of the North American Case Research Association’s (NACRA) Annual conference, Santa Rosa, California, October 1999. Case and teaching note was first ever researched case by a Pakistani academic approved for presentation by NACRA’s rigorous academic peer review process.
